BARREL AGED GIN - #001

This gin is the first legal barrel aged spirit in the history of Sacramento. Too bad that it was such a small batch, because it tasted amazing! Only 59 bottles produced in a 5 gallon barrel. This was just meant to be a test batch but it was so good that we had to bottle it!

Distilled from 100% Corn with Juniper, Coriander, Sarsaparilla, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Elderflower, Orange Zest, Lemon Zest, and Rosemary.

375ml - 45.6% ABV (91.2 PROOF)
