The first Rum release in the history of Sacramento! Our Silver Rum is distilled from demerara sugar and pure blackstrap molasses. This is our California expression of a Caribbean Classic! Use this un-aged Rum in tiki drinks, a Mojito, or just a classic Rum and Coke with a lime!
Tasting Notes: Sweetness from the distilled sugarcane, slight funky notes classic of a Jamaican style rum. Perfect when used in citrus forward cocktails.
