The cold cousin of the Irish Coffee. This cocktail features our vodka with a cold brew kick. Certain to get you rolling in the AM, or though the afternoon crash!
2 OZ MIDTOWN SPIRITS CLASSIC VODKA
.5 OZ BROWN SUGAR SIMPLE SYRUP (DIRECTIONS BELOW)
3.5 OZ COLD BREW
WHIPPED CREAM
Combine ingredients (excluding whipped cream) in a 12 oz glass over ice. Stir and top with whipped cream. To make it like we do at the distillery, you will need to charge the cocktail with nitrogen. Here is a link to a video describing that process. For an extra coffee boost, try adding 1 oz of our Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur!
* To make the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, combine 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar and 1/2 cup water. Heat on the stove to dissolve, and let cool before using in your cocktail.
